Time to Shine for Leaders helps leaders grow from the inside out by strengthening energy, clarity, influence, and accountability so they can lead with confidence, scale their impact, and build empowered, feedback-driven teams that perform, adapt, and succeed without relying on constant oversight. This experience equips leaders with practical frameworks and coaching to:

Session Overview:  All sessions are 60 minutes, except for the Introduction + Baseline and Leadership Wheel which are an extended 90 minutes.

 

  • Introduction & Baseline: Fulfillment Wheel + Dreams Wheel: Establishes a clear baseline for leadership effectiveness by identifying where energy, fulfillment, and focus are misaligned so leaders can lead with intention instead of operating on autopilot.
     
  • Human-Centered Leadership Framework: Strengthens trust, engagement, and ownership by equipping leaders to create cultures where people feel seen, valued, and accountable—without sacrificing performance. 

  • Energy: Helps leaders manage energy as a strategic asset, increasing presence, decision quality, and sustainability while reducing burnout and reactive leadership.
