My 60-minute workshop presentation, titled "Elevate your Growth, Communication and Influence in PLK Communities” will be focused on these 3 key topics:

• A culture of belonging happens when GROWTH (both personal and professional) is encouraged, supported, and nurtured at all levels
  • I will demonstrate and teach the ultimate GROWTH model: How to feel more ALIVE, improve CONNECTIONS, and lean into your GOALS and DREAMS
     
• When we live and lead with Influence (and yes that includes leading ourselves) we communicate with empathy, we create an approachable space for all to give feedback, and we instill an environment where everyone feels like they BELONG
  • Imagine a culture where every member of the team can say, “My coworkers CARE about me. I belong here!”
  • Everyone will see themselves as a contributor to the mission and vision of PLK Communities regardless of their job title
    
    
• This level of belonging is achieved when we all: 
  • Truly know one another as individuals and value authenticity and leverage what each individual brings to the table

During the workshop, participants will be engaged and involved through an interactive experience using movement activities, PDF worksheets to follow along, and activities through the Kahoot! platform (be sure to bring your phone with you so you can participate!).
